At Magnet Lens, all of our products are custom-made to order using the photos and details provided by our customers. Because each magnet is personalized and created specifically for you, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to:

  Errors in photos, text, or customization details submitted by the customer

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Magnet Lens is not responsible for mistakes in images, spelling, or design choices provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the concern and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Production & Shipping

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production volume or carrier delays.
